Thyme-Roasted Carrots Recipe


Start to Finish: 30 Minutes
Makes: About 12 Servings (2 Carrot Halves each)

Ingredients: 
- 3 Lbs. of Medium Carrots: Halved Lengthwise
- 2 Tbsp. of Minced Fresh Thyme or 2 Tsp. of Dried Thyme
- 2 Tbsp. of Canola Oil
- 1 Tbsp. of Honey
- 1 Tsp. of Salt

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400F. Divide carrots between two greased 15x10x1 inch baking pans.

2. In a bowl, mix thyme, oil, honey and salt; brush over carrots.

3. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
