Spicy Shrimp & Crab Cocktail Recipe


Prep Time: 25 Minutes + Chilling
Makes: 12 Servings (3/4 cup each)

Ingredients: 
- 2 Medium Cucumbers: Peeled, Seeded and Chopped
- 8 Radishes, Halved and Thinly Sliced (About 2 Cups)
- 2 Cups of Spicy Hot V8 Juice
- 1 Cup of Clamato Juice
- 1/2 Cup of Finely Chopped Red Onion
- 1/2 Cup of Ketchup
- 5 Jalapeno Peppers: Seeded and Finely Chopped
- 1/4 Cup of Coarsely Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 2 Garlic Cloves: Minced
- 1/2 Tsp. of Salt
- 1 Lb. of Peeled and Deveined Cooked Small Shrimp
- 1 Lb. of Lump Crabmeat: Drained
- 2 Medium-Size Ripe Avocados: Peeled and Cubed

Instructions:
1. Mix the first 10 ingredients in a large bowl. Gently fold in shrimp, crab and avocados.

2. Refrigerate, covered, at least for 2 hours or until cold. Serve in martini glasses or small bowls.
