Makes: 3 Cups
Ingredients:
- 24 oz. of Bittersweet Chocolate: Chopped
- 1 Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/4 Cup of Butter
- 1/4 Cup of Thawed Orange Juice Concentrate
- 2 Tsp. of Grated Orange Peel
- Vanilla Ice Cream: Optional
Instructions:
1. In a heavy saucepan, combine chocolate, cream, butter and juice concentrate. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until smooth.
2. Stir in orange peel. Serve warm with ice cream or transfer to covered jars and refrigerate.
