Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 Cups of Cubed Cantaloupe
- 1 1/2 Cups of Cubed Honeydew
- 2 Medium Grapefruit: Peeled and Sectioned
- 2 Medium Naval Oranges: Peeled and Sectioned
- 2 Firm Bananas: Sliced
- 1 Can (8 oz) of Unsweetened Pineapple Chunks: Undrained
- 1/2 Cup of Orange Juice
- 2 Tbsp. of Honey
- 1 Tbsp. of Minced Fresh Mint or 1 Tsp. of Dried Mint
- 1 tsp. of Minced Fresh Gingerroot
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, tossing them lightly. Refrigerate, covered, until serving.
